About these terms

Emergent Assembly is a United States studio making games and other projects. These proposed terms cover our website, Logos Construct, and the online features we provide for the game. A separate agreement or a software component's own license may apply to a particular feature.

These pages are currently a draft for review. Viewing this preview does not mean you have accepted a new agreement. Before these terms take effect, we need to identify the legal operator and confirm eligibility, acceptance, and notice requirements.

Using Logos Construct

Our proposed permission is for personal, non-commercial play using copies obtained from an authorized source. That permission does not transfer ownership of the game, artwork, music, names, or other protected material. Rights held by individual contributors and other licensors remain theirs.

Do not sell or redistribute the game or its assets without permission, bypass access controls, or use cheats to disrupt fair play. These restrictions do not override rights granted by law or by an applicable open-source license. Logos Construct uses Godot and other software with their own license terms and notices.

The game is in development. Features, balance, supported builds, and service availability can change. A preview or development roadmap is not a promise of a release date or a permanent feature.

Accounts and fair play

Accounts, multiplayer, and leaderboards are part of Logos Construct's existing online functionality. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in information private. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us without sending your password or sign-in tokens.

Use the game and community features without harassing others, impersonating people, sharing unlawful material, or infringing someone else's rights. Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization, or interfere with the service through malware, attacks, or abusive automated traffic.

We may restrict access when needed to investigate abuse or protect players and the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us about it. You can stop using the service at any time.

Things you share

Only submit feedback, bug reports, or community content that you have the right to share. Avoid including passwords, private information about other people, or confidential material.

You keep any rights you hold in your submissions. The proposed permission for community submissions is limited to hosting, displaying, and operating the features through which you share them. Any broader reuse, promotional use, or separate contributor arrangement needs clear, specific terms. We will finalize those permissions before this draft takes effect.

Other services and campaigns

The Discord community is hosted by Discord and is also subject to its rules. Following a link to another platform brings you under that platform's terms for the services it provides.

This website preview does not take payments. A future game purchase or crowdfunding campaign will need its own clearly stated pricing, delivery, cancellation, and refund information. No campaign platform, reward, or funding promise is established by this page.

Availability and your rights

Development builds and online services can have bugs, interruptions, or lost progress. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will work on every device. Report problems through the contact below so we can investigate.

Nothing in these proposed terms removes consumer rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude. Warranty wording, any liability limits, and dispute procedures still need review for the final agreement.

Updates to these terms

We will date the final terms and describe significant changes when they are made. If a change requires notice or agreement, we will provide that through an appropriate process rather than treating this draft as an agreement already in force.

The Privacy Policy draft describes the information handled by the website and game. It is separate from permission to use the service.
